Director of the program in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University which conducts research and develops and implements training on effective employment strategies for persons with disabilities. In this capacity, also serves as the Project Director of several federally funded grants including a Research and Demonstration Project funded by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, on improving employment practices covered by the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and a Rehabilitation Research and Training Center for Economic Research on Employment Policy for People with Disabilities.
